The Pestalozzi Children's Foundation supports intercultural workshops whose goals are promoting direct contacts Serbian and Albanian students in order to break the nonexistent relationships between both communities (due to recent history and conflicts). Bujanovac is located in the geographical area known as Preševo Valley. The Pestalozzi Children's Foundation (Stiftung Kinderdorf Pestalozzi) is advocating access to high quality education for underprivileged children.
