Serbia. Vranje is a city and the administrative center of the Pčinja District in southern Serbia. Town center. Bus stop. Ratko Mladić ( born 12 March 1943) is a Bosnian Serb former general found guilty of committing war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY).
