Serbia. Leskovac is a city and the administrative center of the Jablanica District in southern Serbia. « Petar Tasir » Elementary School. The school’s students are all from Romani ethnicity. Roma boys play football on the concrete school's playground. A player kicks powerfully the soccer ball. The goalkeeper tries to stop the ball with his left leg, but failed. The goal is scored. The Romani (also spelled Romany) or Roma, Roms or Gypsies, are a traditionally itinerant ethnic group. The Pestalozzi Children's Foundation (Stiftung Kinderdorf Pestalozzi) is advocating access to high quality education for underprivileged children.
