Germany. Schleswig-Holstein State. Fliegerhorst Schleswig (also called Schleswig-Jagel). Fliegerhorst Schleswig is an airbase of the German Air Force, home to the unit:  Aufklärungsgeschwader 51 "Immelmann" (AKG 51). A private car is entering the base. The Air Base is home of the units of IAI Heron and Panavia Tornado. The IAI Heron (Machatz-1) is a medium-altitude long-endurance unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) developed by the Malat (UAV) division of Israel Aerospace Industries. It is capable of Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) operations of up to 52 hours' duration at up to 10.5 km (35,000 ft). The Panavia Tornado is a family of twin-engine, variable-sweep wing multirole combat aircraft, jointly developed and manufactured by Italy, the United Kingdom, and West Germany. here are three primary Tornado variants: the Tornado IDS (interdictor/strike) fighter-bomber, the suppression of enemy air defences Tornado ECR (electronic combat/reconnaissance) and the Tornado ADV (air defence variant) interceptor aircraft. The German Air Force (Luftwaffe) is the aerial warfare branch of the Bundeswehr, the armed forces of Germany. The coat of arms of Germany displays a black eagle with a red beak, a red tongue and red feet on a golden field, which is blazoned: Or, an eagle displayed sable beaked langued and membered gules.
