Italy. Apulia Region. Contrada Galante is a village, distant 15 km from the town of Ceglie Messapica, located in Apulia (Puglia) in Southern Italy. A wooden table with an elderly woman' hand and three glasses of Primitivo red wine. Primitivo is a dark-skinned grape known for producing inky, tannic wines, particularly Primitivo di Manduria. A classic Primitivo wine is high in both alcohol and tannins, intensely flavored and deeply colored. A plate of broken walnut shells.
