Jordan. Petra.The archeological site is part of the UNESCO world heritage project. The Nabataeans were an arabian industrious tribe which settled down in southern Jordan 2000 years ago. Petra is located at the bottom of a spectacular deep gorge surrounded by mountains. At the end of columns alley, the various king tombs are carved in the mountains.
