Art exhibit at Vahram Papazyan State Drama Theater. ARTsakh Fest 2019 is the second edition of the annual contemporary art festival taking place on 4-6 October, 2019, an event of creative interactivity encompassing all aspects of contemporary arts, such as audio-visual installations, interactive public art and performances. Nagorno-Karabakh is a disputed territory, internationally recognized as part of Azerbaijan, but most of the region is governed by the Republic of Artsakh (formerly named Nagorno-Karabakh Republic), a de facto independent state with Armenian ethnic population.
