Mozambique. Province of Tete. Cazula is a small village in the bush.A mother with her child on the back carries on head boxes of medicines given by the Unicef. Two boys carry also cardboard boxes, one is full of drugs and is a gift of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). Cazula can only be reached by plane. Beacause of the war between the Government and the rebel of the Frelimo party, the roads are either mined or too dangerous to travel on. The airplane is part of the "Flying Doctors" programm ran by the non governmental organisation (ngo) Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) of Belgium. © 1992 Didier Ruef
