Their house is totaly destroyed and they will never live here again. The wife is extremely sad. The 9th Ward used to be the living place of the black (afro-american) community. Aftermath of hurricane Katrina. The area is empty and all its inhabitants have left the town. The people could no longer and ever live again in the houses because of the destructions due to the floods and the water.
