Switzerland. Geneva. Tiit is an estonian citizen, an alcoholic and a homeless man seated on a bed in the fallout shelter Richemont. A stuffed animal representing a St. Bernard dog with a barrel and a swiss flag. The bunker was constructed as civil defense measures during the Cold War and is a unit of the Civil Protection. Switzerland is unique in having enough nuclear fallout shelters to accommodate its entire population. 7.02.2014 © 2014 Didier Ruef
