Switzerland. Geneva. Stéphane (bald head) and Nadège (right) are both social workers working for the city of Geneva. Late at night, they helped a drunk homeless elderly man from Eastern Europe to lie on his bed in the fallout shelter Richemont. The bunker was constructed as civil defense measures during the Cold War. It was planned to be an underground hospital and is a unit of the Civil Protection. Switzerland is unique in having enough nuclear fallout shelters to accommodate its entire population. 7.02.2014 © 2014 Didier Ruef
