USA. Colorado state. Denver. A concentrate of marijuana extract for medical use produced by Dixie. Established in 2010 as allowed by Colorado House Bill 1284 (cannabis liberalization), Dixie Elixirs and Edibles manufactures seven premium THC-infused product lines. As the leader in medical marijuana infused products, Dixie was proud to receive the first Infused Products Retail Marijuana License. Under the umbrella of cannabis concentrates falls any product procured through an extraction process. Solvents (e.g., butane, CO2, ethanol) strip compounds from the cannabis plant, leaving behind a product with cannabinoids packed in every drop. Some types of extracts test as high as 80% in THC. Cannabis, commonly known as marijuana, is a preparation of the Cannabis plant intended for use as a psychoactive drug and as medicine. Pharmacologically, the principal psychoactive constituent of cannabis is tetrahydrocannabinol (THC); it is one of 483 known compounds in the plant, including at least 84 other cannabinoids, such as cannabidiol (CBD), cannabinol (CBN), tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV), and cannabigerol (CBG). 18.12.2014 © 2014 Didier Ruef
