Ukraine. Province of Kiev. Parashiv. The elderly Maria Shylan, 76 years old, has decided to return in the radioactive area and lives with her cat alone in her house in the village of  Parashiv, which is inside the 30 km exclusion zone. The dead zone has been created after the catastrophe which took place on April 1986 at 1.23 am with the explosion of reactor No 4 at Chernobyl atomic power station.
