In february 2000, the Limpopo river has flooded the whole town of Chowke in the province of Gaza, Mozambique. This essay documents the return to life and the work of the ngo (non governmental organisation) MSF Switzerland ( Médecins Sans Frontières. Doctors without Borders) to avoid any spread of epidemics. In the capital Maputo, MSF runs a cholera camp where tents, beds and treatments are provided to patients who suffer from the cholera disease.
