Artificial snow blower machines used for preparing the skiing. Chuenisbärgli is a mountain in the Bernese Oberland in Switzerland. It is located above the village of Adelboden and is known for the Alpine Skiing World Cup race that takes place there every year. The Chuenisbärgli track is known as the toughest giant slalom track in the Men's World Cup. The start part as well as the finish slope, also known as Zielhang is very steep. The track also hosts ski races. The start of the giant slalom culminates at an altitude of 1,730 meters and that of the slalom at 1,473 meters. The runway length is 1,430 and 592 meters respectively. The finish area is located for both races at 1,294 meters. The Adelboden races are among the most popular with almost 35,000 spectators along the track as well as in the finish area. Adelboden is a mountain village and a municipality located in the Frutigen-Niedersimmental administrative district in the Bernese Highlands. 6.11.2020 © 2020 Didier Ruef
