Switzerland. Geneva. BSR (Brigade de sécurité routière) police station. A police officer and a handcuffed french man, who was arrested because he was driving under the influence of alcohol. He is bleeding blood from his right ear. Driving under the influence (DUI), drunken driving, drunk driving, drink driving, operating under the influence, drinking and driving, or impaired driving is the act of driving a motor vehicle with blood levels of alcohol in excess of a legal limit ("Blood Alcohol Content", or "BAC"). A police station or station house is a building which serves police officers and contains offices, temporary holding cells and interview/interrogation rooms.
