El Toro in Catalan, sometimes known by its Spanish name of Monte Toro, is the tallest hill of the island of Menorca, rising to a height of 358 m. The mountain is home to the Sanctuary " Mare de Deu del Toro" which is closely related with the restoration of Christianisation in the 13th century.
