Switzerland. Geneva. Two police officers arrest a man on the Berne street in the heart of the Paquis neighborhood, known for its nightlife and Red-light district. The policemen have stopped the man while driving under the influence of alcohol. Driving under the influence (DUI), drunken driving, drunk driving, drink driving, operating under the influence, drinking and driving, or impaired driving is the act of driving a motor vehicle with blood levels of alcohol in excess of a legal limit ("Blood Alcohol Content", or "BAC"). Both policemen are wearing a ballistic vest, bulletproof vest or bullet-resistant vest which is an item of personal armor that helps absorb the impact from knives, firearm-fired projectiles and shrapnel from explosions, and is worn on the torso. Soft vests are made from many layers of woven or laminated fibers and can be capable of protecting the wearer from small-caliber handgun and shotgun projectiles. 01.04.12 © 2012 Didier Ruef
