USA. Louisiana. New Orleans. Orleans Parish. 9th Ward area. The 9th Ward used to be the living place of the black (afroamerican) community . Aftermath of hurricanes Katrina and Rita. A house destroyed by the floods, like all houses of the area.The area is empty and all its inhabitants have left the town. The people could no longer and ever live again in the houses because of the destructions due to the floods and the water.
