Three police officers from TPO (Transport Police) Two policemen and a policewoman control the train tickets' validity of passengers travelling on a TILO train between Lugano and Chiasso. The policewoman gives a fine to a passenger travelling without ticket while the other two policemen check the identity of a Romanian Romani man travelling without ticket. On the next station, the man was expelled from the train. The Romani (also spelled Romany, Roma, Roms or Rroms, are a traditionally nomadic ethnic group. TPO (Transport Police) is the Swiss Federal Railways Police. Swiss Federal Railways (German: Schweizerische Bundesbahnen (SBB), French: Chemins de fer fédéraux suisses (CFF), Italian: Ferrovie federali svizzere (FFS)) is the national railway company of Switzerland. It is usually referred to by the initials of its German, French and Italian names, as SBB CFF FFS.
