Uganda. West Nile. Adjumani. Ogujebe is distant 15 km from Adjumani and is a transit camp for refugees from South Sudan. A crying boy received a measles vaccination  at a health center ran by the NGO (non governmental organisation) MSF Switzerland ( Médecins Sans Frontières. Doctors without Borders).
