Albania. Vlorë. Rom people ( a man and three boys) on a staircase of a building squatted for years. The Romani people, also known as the Roma, Rom, are an ethnic group of Indo-Aryan origin. Squatting is the action of occupying an abandoned or unoccupied area of a building, usually residential that the squatter does not own, rent or otherwise have lawful permission to use.
