The man was travelling towards Italy (where he lives) without any train ticket. His identity was checked and later at night he will continue his journey. TPO (Transport Police) is the Swiss Federal Railways Police. It is usually referred to by the initials of its German, French and Italian names, as SBB CFF FFS. A police station or station house is a building which serves for police officers.
