Switzerland. The Republic and Canton of Neuchâtel. Cortaillod. Narcotics squad. "Narko" operation. Two police officers in plain-clothes search the flat of a suspected drug dealer and for illegal substances (cannabis or cocaine). They will later leave the place without finding any drugs. Plainclothes law enforcement is a method used by police. The policemen wear plainclothes or "ordinary clothes" instead of a uniform in order to avoid detection or identification as law enforcement agents. Police officers in plainclothes must identify themselves when using their police powers. The policeman carries a holster with a Glock hand gun. The weapon is a semi-automatic pistol designed and produced by Glock Ges.m.b.H. Glock was the first manufacturer to introduce ferritic nitrocarburizing into the firearms industry as an anti-corrosion surface treatment for metal gun parts. 1.04.15 © 2015 Didier Ruef
