Switzerland. Canton Valais. Ulrichen. The national jamboree of the Swiss Scout Movement takes place in the Goms valley. It hosts a gigantic campsite, called Bula (german), Café (french) and Cafe (italian). About 30'000 Scouts settle in the valley for two weeks under the theme "mova". In scouting, a jamboree is a large gathering of Scouts who rally at a national or international level. The jamboree of the Swiss Scout Movement takes place once every 14 years. The Fully (Valais) Scouting section offers free mullet, which is a hairstyle in which the hair is cut shorter at the front and sides, but is longer at the back. The Swiss National Day is a national holiday set on August 1st. Ulrichen is a village in the municipality of Obergoms in the district of Goms. 1.8.2022 © 2022 Didier Ruef
