Romania. Iași County. Iasi. Museum " Mihail Sadoveanu", a literary history museum which is part of the Iași Romanian Literature Museum (Muzeul Literaturii Romane Iasi). The Iași Romanian Literature Museum owns twelve memorial houses. Items for sale at the museum's shop, a clock with a picture of the museum's house, a picture of the writer Mihail Sadoveanu (1880-1961), a cup from FILIT (International Festival of Litterature and Traduction which organised yearly in Iasi). Iași (also referred to as Iasi, Jassy or Iassy) is the largest city in eastern Romania and the seat of Iași County. Located in the Moldavia region, Iași has traditionally been one of the leading centres of Romanian social, cultural, academic and artistic life.
