Cape Verde. Saõ Vincente. Mindelo. The carnival’s float is decorated with a giant mouth of an aggressive animal during the parade of « Estrella do mar». The animal is made of polystyrene (PS), a synthetic polymer made from monomers of the aromatic hydrocarbon styrene.
