Habil Aghayev is a seropositive HIV Aids patient and an ex-drug addict. He is 38 years old and was the first patient to receive an Antiretroviral (ARV) treatment in Azerbaijan. He is also the outreach worker and coordinator for the azeri non-governmental organization (NGO) " Public Organization against Aids".
