![Switzerland. Canton Ticino. Bruzella. Ivan Artucovich, AKA Ivan Art, is a graphic illustrator and a cartoonist. He is the co-owner of the "Why Not" shop, located in Chiasso, which sells various cannabis CBD and hemp products. For years, Ivan Art has been creating awareness and shedding new light on the multiple uses of cannabis with the goal to make society rethinking about its preconceptions towards the magnificent plant. He started publishing his series of comics strips in 2006 and since then has made his way to numerous international publications. On his iMac, some comic strips from the " Why? Why not? " project and a drawing from Helvetia smelling cannabis while wearing a cannabis wreath on her head. Helvetia is the female national personification of Switzerland, officially the Swiss Confederation. The allegory is typically pictured in a flowing gown with a shield emblazoned with the Swiss flag, and commonly with braided hair and a wreath as a symbol of confederation. The flag of Switzerland consists of a red flag with a white cross (a bold, equilateral cross) in the centre. It is one of only two square sovereign-state flags. The business of selling cannabis CBD is registered with the Swiss Federal Health Office. The Swiss legal requirements have a 1 percent THC limit compare to the European Union (EU) where the THC limit is limited to 0.3 percent. Cannabidiol (CBD) is a phytocannabinoid discovered in 1940. It is one of some 113 identified cannabinoids in cannabis plants and accounts for up to 40% of the plant's extract. Cannabidiol can be taken into the body in multiple ways, including by inhalation of cannabis smoke or vapor, as an aerosol spray into the cheek, and by mouth. It may be supplied as CBD oil containing only CBD as the active ingredient (no included tetrahydrocannabinol [THC] or terpenes), a full-plant CBD-dominant hemp extract oil, capsules, dried cannabis, or as a prescription liquid solution. 16.09.2019 © 2019 Didier Ruef](https://www.didierruef.com/img-get/I0000Spb49SLdDrM/s/850/850/0005-Switzerland-Ticino-Bruzella-Cannabis-CBD-Ivan-Art-Cartoon-Drawing-Helvetia-Computer-Apple-Portrait-2019.jpg)
