Italy. Province of Sicily. Menfi. Mutoid Waste Company. A man drives and tests the Fiat 250 (a Fiat 500 cuts in half) before the start of the show at "Inycon" festival. Using all types of industrial scrap for their raw materials the Mutoid Waste Company are a mobile and adaptable group of performance artists. Having the necessary equipment to allow them complete freedom, they have created an entirely new form of scultural-musical performance crossing the boundaries of circus, theatre and art. © 1999 Didier Ruef
