Switzerland. Canton Ticino. Porza. Families with children celebrate the carnival in the "Clay Regazzoni" multipurpose hall which belongs to the municipality of Porza. They are seated at the table and eat the traditional risotto and luganiga. Risotto is a northern Italian rice dish cooked in a broth to a creamy consistency. The lugànega, also known as luganiga or luganica, is the traditional name to a fresh pork sausage, similar to the category of sausages. Porza is quarter of the city of Lugano and a former municipality in the district of Lugano. Carnival is a Western Christian festive season that occurs before the liturgical season of Lent. Gianclaudio Giuseppe Regazzoni (5 September 1939 – 15 December 2006), commonly called "Clay", was a Swiss racing driver. He competed in Formula One races from 1970 to 1980, winning five Grands Prix. 4.02.2018 © 2018 Didier Ruef<br />
