Switzerland. Canton Ticino. Locarno. Bellavista Restaurant. On the wall, a drawing of Sophia Loren and Totò as a loving pizzaiolo ( a man who cooks pizza). Sofia Villani Scicolone (born 20 September 1934), known professionally as Sophia Loren is an Italian film actress and singer. Antonio Griffo Focas Flavio Angelo Ducas Comneno Porfirogenito Gagliardi De Curtis di Bisanzio (15 February 1898 – 15 April 1967), best known by his stage name Totò or simply as Antonio De Curtis, and nicknamed il Principe della risata ("the Prince of laughter"), was an Italian actor, comedian, writer, poet, singer and lyricist. Santa Claus and Christmas gifts on the table. Father Christmas is the traditional English name for the personification of Christmas. Although now known as a Christmas gift-bringer, and normally considered to be synonymous with American culture's Santa Claus which is now known worldwide, he was originally part of an unrelated and much older English folkloric tradition. The recognisably modern figure of the English Father Christmas developed in the late Victorian period, but Christmas had been personified for centuries before then. 19.12.2019 © 2019 Didier Ruef
