Albinism is the "congenital absence of any pigmentation or coloration in a person resulting in white hair, feathers, scales and skin and pink eyes. The women wear a head tie which is a women's cloth head scarf. The head tie is used as an ornamental head covering or fashion accessory, or for functionality in different settings.
