Senegal. Thies. Xam Xanle is a senegalese association which brings together MSM ( Men having Sex with Men). Its main objective is to fight HIV Aids. Within the programme framework of the Global Fund and ANCS (Alliance Nationale contre le Sida), Xam Xanle is in charge of the component Advocacy prevention and care of vulnerable groups, such as MSM, in a fight towards HIV Aids.
