Switzerland. Canton Ticino. Tenero. Camping Campofelice. A grey Heron's metal sculpture and a stone with a swiss flag are used for decoration by caravan's owners. The grey heron (Ardea cinerea) is a long-legged predatory wading bird of the heron family, Ardeidae, native throughout temperate Europe and Asia and also parts of Africa. It is resident in much of its range, but some populations from the more northern parts migrate southwards in autumn. A bird of wetland areas, it can be seen around lakes, rivers, ponds, marshes and on the sea coast. It feeds mostly on aquatic creatures which it catches after standing stationary beside or in the water or stalking its prey through the shallows. A caravan, travel trailer, camper or camper trailer is towed behind a road vehicle to provide a place to sleep which is more comfortable and protected than a tent. It provides the means for people to have their own home on a journey or a vacation. Campers are restricted to designated sites for which fees are payable. A swiss flag is hanged on the wall. The flag of Switzerland consists of a red flag with a white cross (a bold, equilateral cross) in the centre. It is one of only two square sovereign-state flags. Kitsch, also called cheesiness or tackiness, is art or other objects that appeal to popular rather than high art tastes. 21.07.2018 © 2018 Didier Ruef
