Switzerland. Canton Bern. Rubigen. A metal fish sculpture on the center of a traffic roundabout. Fish are gill-bearing aquatic craniate animals that lack limbs with digits. The art piece was created by Rubigen primary school students (2014 - 2015) under the supervision of Margherita Furter and Stefan Käsermann. Cars on the road and pedestrians walking on sidewalk. Parking place in front of Denner supermarket. Denner is a discount supermarket chain in Switzerland. It is Switzerland's third largest supermarket chain after Migros and Coop with 11.4% market share. It is owned by the Federation of Migros Cooperatives since 2007. A roundabout is a type of circular intersection or junction in which road traffic is permitted to flow in one direction around a central island, and priority is typically given to traffic already in the junction.
