Senegal. Saint-Louis. The Langue de Barbarie, in which the so-called fishermen's neighborhoods (Gooxumbath, N'Dar Tout, Guet N'Dar) form one of the three entities of the city of Saint-Louis. A mother talks to a woman friend while her daughter and son stand nearby on Tabaski holiday. The Muslim festival of Eid-al-Adha (commonly translated as the Feast of Sacrifice) or Eid el-Kebir is the most important Muslim festival and is called Tabaski in West African countries.
