Serbia. Leskovac is a city and the administrative center of the Jablanica District in southern Serbia. The Turkish company “Jeanci” employs 600 workers in its textile factory and produces denim clothes. Denim is a sturdy cotton warp-faced textile in which the weft passes under two or more warp threads. Jeanci is mainly engaged in the production of custom made washed textile garments on behalf of its customers. Women at work. The textile industry is primarily concerned with the design, production and distribution of yarn, cloth and clothing. The raw material may be natural, or synthetic using products of the chemical industry. Brother Industries, Ltd. is a Japanese multinational electronics and electrical equipment company.
