USA. Colorado state. Denver. A worker at Medicine Man is using a machine to clean the floor in one of the marijuana grow rooms. The 45 meter long room is called The Green Mile which holds row and row of plants in a vegetative state. Medicine Man began nearly six years ago as a small medical marijuana operation and has since grown to be the largest single marijuana dispensary, both recreational and medical, in the state of Colorado and has aspirations of becoming a national brand if pot legalization continues its march. Cannabis, commonly known as marijuana, is a preparation of the Cannabis plant intended for use as a psychoactive drug and as medicine. Pharmacologically, the principal psychoactive constituent of cannabis is tetrahydrocannabinol (THC); it is one of 483 known compounds in the plant, including at least 84 other cannabinoids, such as cannabidiol (CBD), cannabinol (CBN), tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV), and cannabigerol (CBG). 18.12.2014 © 2014 Didier Ruef
