Switzerland. Canton Ticino. Gnosca. The sustainable house built by architect Simone Comandini. The living room with the heating system, called "Pigna a legna" (heat accumulation system). The accumulation heat exchanger allows a lower wood consumption and a higher heating and radiating autonomy, The structure of the house is made in wooden frame, filled with straw bales and closed by a smooth layer of earth and sand.
