Switzerland. Canton Ticino. Biasca. Al Vallone is a bunker belonging to the Civil Protection (Centro Sanitario Protette. Protezione Civile 3 Valli). It is used as a dependency (Notschlafstelle) of the main asylum registration centre of Chiasso. The bunker hosts mostly families and minors, and it is a centre for immigrants under the authority of the Federal Office for Migration. Inside the centre, the placce is controlled by security guards working for Securitas, a private company, under contract and paid by the swiss Federal Office for Migration. Lunch time.
