Switzerland. Geneva. Poverty in Geneva. A guard from the GPA ( Guardian Protection SA), a private security society, and a man, serving his time in the Civil Defense, working at night for the "Service Social" of the City of Geneva, stand in front of the closed entrance door to the underground bunker of the civil defense. The shelter is located at 35, rue des Vollandes in the Eaux-Vives area and is ran in the winter (november18 to march31) by the city of Geneva.
