Thailand. Bangkok. Mr. Kriangkrai Olarpansakul is the community leader of Tha Tian. He sits among children at the community center. As community leader, he has been chosen as the main figure to express to various authorities the resistance and the citizen participation in the decision-making process for the conservation of historic communities, such as Tha Tian.
