Each year on the 28th of June, the serbs celebrate the day of the army. Religious service in the orthodox church. Radovan Karadzic was arrested in Belgrade on 21 July 2008. He was extradited to the Netherlands, and is currently in The Hague, in the custody of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. General Ratko Mladic is on the list of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), based in The Hague in the Nederlands, as a most wanted man for war crimes. © 1995 Didier Ruef
