Switzerland. Geneva. Two police officers control at night the identity of a young man from Saudi Arabia. The man was driving his convertible Bentley too fast on the Mont-Blanc bridge and will receive a fine for speed driving. A traffic ticket is a notice issued by a law enforcement official to a motorist accusing violation of traffic laws. Traffic tickets generally come in the form of citing a moving violation, such as exceeding the speed limit. The policeman (R) is wearing a ballistic vest, bulletproof vest or bullet-resistant vest which is an item of personal armor that helps absorb the impact from knives, firearm-fired projectiles and shrapnel from explosions, and is worn on the torso. Soft vests are made from many layers of woven or laminated fibers and can be capable of protecting the wearer from small-caliber handgun and shotgun projectiles. 11.05.12 © 2012 Didier Ruef..
