A black man, from the Ibuka association ( Tutsi survivors of the 1994 Genocide) and a mixed crowd stand up during the national anthem. 13th commemoration of the Genocide.The site of Murambi is located in the district of Nyamagabe, in the former Gikongoro prefecture, Nyamagabe commune. The site of Murambi is intented to be a regional research and documentation centre on Genocide.
