The project of the non-governmental organization (NGO) Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Switzerland is to improve the health situation through development and protection of the drainage and potable water systems. Drinking water or potable water is water pure enough to be consumed or used with low risk of immediate or long term harm. Paradise village has a population of 15'000 people and is a part of Barangay Tonsuya situated on Lettre Road in Malabon. Manila is part of the National Capital Region (NCR) on Luzon island.
