Serbia. Veliki Trnovac (in Albanian: Tërnoc i Madh) is a town in the municipality of Bujanovac, located in the Pčinja District of southern Serbia. « Muharrem Kadriu » Elementary School. Bujanovac is located in the geographical area known as Preševo Valley. The Pestalozzi Children's Foundation (Stiftung Kinderdorf Pestalozzi) is advocating access to high quality education for underprivileged children.
